Welcome to Why Do It Yourself! This is a veteran owned and operated business based in Forney, TX. Please review the following terms and conditions, which govern our poop scooping services. By using our services, you agree to these terms:

1. Service Overview

We provide pet waste removal services for residential and commercial properties. Services include regular and one-time scooping, waste bag disposal, and deodorizing.

2. Service Scheduling

We offer flexible scheduling options to meet your needs. Services will be provided on the agreed-upon schedule unless changes are communicated 24 hours in advance.

3. Payment Terms

Invoices are sent out every Friday, and payment is due the same day. We accept various forms of payment, including credit card and online payments. Late payments may result in a pause in services until accounts are up to date.

4. Safety and Access

  • Aggressive Animals: As much as we love our playful poopers we have to stay safe. For the safety of our team, any aggressive or unpredictable pets must be secured away from the work area before service. If our staff encounters an unrestrained or aggressive animal, we reserve the right to skip the service for that day, and there may be a $10 missed service fee.

  • Yard Access: Please ensure gates or entry points to the yard are unlocked on service days. If we are unable to access the yard due to a locked gate or other obstruction, we will try to reschedule. If we are not able to reschedule for the same day, a $10 missed service fee may be applied for the visit.

5. Waste Disposal

We will responsibly dispose of pet waste off-site unless otherwise agreed upon. If on-site disposal is preferred, we will use provided trash receptacles.

6. Weather Policy

In extreme weather conditions (heavy rain, snow, or extreme heat), services may be postponed for the safety of our team. We will notify you of any delays and reschedule as needed.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a service by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may incur a $10 missed service fee.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for damage to property due to circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to faulty gates, landscaping hazards, or pet-related incidents. We will take all reasonable care while on your property.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address the issue promptly.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes to the terms of service.
